- Starting at 8:00 AM on the day of the event, Passholders can request to join the virtual queue using the My Disney Experience app.
- You don’t need to be physically present at Walt Disney World Resort to join the virtual queue.
- Once your group is called, you’ll have up to 2 hours to check in at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Remember, the event concludes at 7:00 PM, so plan accordingly to make the most of your shopping time.
Before you embark on this magical journey, here are some important details to keep in mind:
- An eligible, activated Annual Pass is a must for entry. Make sure to carry your Annual Pass card, MagicMobile pass, MagicBand, or MagicBand+ along with valid photo identification when checking in.
- Every member of your party must be an Annual Passholder and included in your virtual queue group to attend this merchandise event.
