- Boardwalk Inn: Garden suites accessible room refurbisments June 8 – July 12, 2016
- Boardwalk Villas: Room refurbishments until August 30, 2016
- Flying Fish Restaurant: Now through summer 2016
- Caribbean Beach Resort: Trinidad South Pool – Reopens June 10, 2016 and Martinique Pool – Reopens July 1, 2016
- Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas: Soft goods rehab until June 22, 2016
- Port Orlean’s Resort – Riverside: Routine roof maintenance through summer 2016
- Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground – Construction work in Loop 2100 through July 2016. Allow extra time for travel.
- Wilderness Lodge & Villas: General resort refurbishments through 2017.
