Starting on October 18, 2024, Walt Disney World is increasing the maximum prices for Individual Lightning Lane access to three of its most popular attractions. The new prices represent the highest max ever for these rides. The attractions affected by the price hikes include:
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at Magic Kingdom, which will see its price increase to $13 (up from $12).
- TRON Lightcycle Run, also at Magic Kingdom, will now cost $21 (up from $20).
- Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT will increase to $18 (up from $17).

These changes may come as a surprise to guests, as this marks a significant jump for some of the most in-demand rides. For visitors unfamiliar with Disney’s dynamic pricing structure, the cost for individual Lightning Lane passes fluctuates based on factors like crowd levels, time of year, and the specific day you visit the parks. This means that while these hikes reflect the max prices for these attractions, it is not necessarily the price you will pay for these attractions when you purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass.

Lightning Lane Single Passes are available for the top-tier attractions across Walt Disney World, with each park typically having one or two attractions that utilize the Lightning Lane Single Pass. These attractions are not included in the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, meaning guests that want to attempt to utilize Lightning Lane for as many attractions as possible will need to purchase a Lightning Lane Single Pass along with the Multi Pass.
