Disney World missing from best Theme Park List in the US
USA Today has released its 10 Best Theme Parks in the United States. There are over 400 amusement parks and attractions in the country and the top 10 were chosen by popular vote. Surprisingly, Walt Disney World was not on the list!

The initial nominees for best theme park were chosen by a panel of experts partnered with editors. Then the top 10 were chosen by popular vote. Here are the top 10 best theme parks in the US:
- SeaWorld Orlando – Orlando, Florida
- Silver Dollar City – Branson, Missouri
- Kings Island – Mason, Ohio
- Busch Gardens Williamsburg – Williamsburg, Virginia
- Busch Gardens Tampa Bay – Tampa, Florida
- Cedar Point – Sandusky, Ohio
- Dollywood – Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
- Six Flags Magic Mountain – Valencia, California
- Holiday World – Santa Claus, Indiana
- HersheyPark – Hershey, Pennsylvania
SeaWorld Orlando took the number 1 spot in the top 10 best theme parks and Walt Disney World didn’t even make the cut.
