Disney World Launches Virtual Queue for EPCOT’s Test Track Passholders
Anticipation is building at EPCOT as Disney World has officially activated the virtual queue system for the highly anticipated Annual Passholder previews of the reimagined Test Track. Passholders can now see the virtual queue option live within the My Disney Experience app, preparing for the special preview dates running from July 13 through July 19, 2025, with the exception of July 17.

This virtual queue system offers a streamlined and organized experience for Passholders eager to get a sneak peek of the updated attraction before its official reopening to all guests on July 22, 2025.

Passholders will have two opportunities each day to join the virtual queue:
- 7:00 AM ET: At this time, Passholders can join the virtual queue from anywhere, provided they have a valid park reservation for EPCOT on that day.
- 1:00 PM ET: This second distribution time allows any Passholder with valid admission to EPCOT to join the virtual queue, regardless of whether they have a park reservation. Guests must have already entered the park to access this later drop.
The virtual queue is expected to be a popular method for managing demand for the updated Test Track, which has been undergoing a significant reimagining. While details of the full changes have been kept under wraps, Disney has teased a refreshed queue experience, updated visuals inspired by the original World of Motion, and an enhanced storyline focusing on the future of automotive innovation. The popular high-speed outdoor track remains a thrilling highlight.
This structured preview period aims to provide Passholders with a convenient way to experience the new Test Track, minimizing traditional wait times and allowing them to enjoy other EPCOT offerings while they await their boarding group. It’s a welcome opportunity for loyal Disney fans to be among the first to “test drive” this exciting evolution of a beloved EPCOT attraction.
