Walt Disney World Monitoring Hurricane Milton, Remains Operational for Now
As Hurricane Milton intensifies and approaches Florida, Walt Disney World Resort has issued an update assuring guests that they are closely monitoring the storm’s path. As of 9:00 AM ET on Monday, October 7th, the resort remains operational under normal conditions.
However, Disney is prepared to adjust operations as needed to prioritize the safety of guests and cast members. Park reservations for Wednesday, October 9th, the day Hurricane Milton is projected to make landfall, are currently unavailable. New hotel reservations are also temporarily paused.
