More Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort reservations are being canceled. Guests with arrival dates beginning May 24th through May 31st are receiving notifications that the resorts will be closed during those dates. The emails being sent to guests direct them to “modify or cancel their Disney Resort hotel reservations or Walt Disney Travel Company packages.”
If guests don’t do anything, their reservation will be canceled on their arrival date and a refund will be processed. If you booked through a travel agent, be sure to contact them. Walt Disney World is still accepting reservations for dates starting June 1st though there is no guarantee that the parks will be open.
