The STCU Union announced that its members have voted yes to Disney World’s latest offer to increase the minimum wage from $15 to $18 by the end of the year for full-time workers at Walt Disney World.
An $18 starting wage will move Disney World ahead of Universal Orlando, which increased its starting wage to $17 earlier this year.
