Disney World Accident & Injury Report for First Quarter of 2023
The Disney World accident & injury report has been released for the first quarter of 2023. Four incidents were reported at Disney World.

The first incident happened in January. A 75-year-old female reported experiencing cardiac symptoms while on Pirates of the Caribbean.
Two incidents happened in February. In early February a 72-year-old male guest with a preexisting condition had stroke-like symptoms after experiencing Kilimanjaro Safaris in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
At the end of February a 72-year-old female guest felt disoriented after exiting Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The final incident happened in March when a 67-year-old female guest fell when entering the ride vehicle on The Seas with Nemo & Friends, fracturing her leg.
This quarter saw some of the lowest incidents at the parks in recent history.
