Disney World 50th Decorations Disappearing from the Magic Kingdom

While visiting the Magic Kingdom today we noticed that the Disney World 50th Anniversary Decorations are disappearing. As you can see upfront the Mickey & Minnie 50th Anniversary Cake display is now gone.

Inside the Magic Kingdom, the 50th Anniversary Banners that hung on the light poles are gone too.

Inside the park, the 50th Anniversary Medallion is also gone. A faint outline of the medallion can be seen in the grass still.

There is no word on if the Disney World 50th Anniversary Statues are sticking around past the official end date.

“The World’s Most Magical Celebration” in the Magic Kingdom comes to a close on March 31st, 2023.
