Disney Wish Gets Streaming Date on Disney+
Fans of “Wish” will finally get to watch the film from home soon. Disney+ will be streaming “Wish,” an original musical-comedy from Walt Disney Animation Studios, starting April 3. Set in the enchanting kingdom of Rosas, the story follows Asha, a clever dreamer whose wish summons a cosmic force known as Star.
Together, they must face King Magnifico to save their community, demonstrating the remarkable power when human determination meets celestial magic. The film stars Ariana DeBose as Asha, Chris Pine as King Magnifico, and Alan Tudyk as Valentino, Asha’s beloved goat. Directed by Chris Buck and Fawn Veerasunthorn, and produced by Peter Del Vecho and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster Jones, “Wish” boasts a screenplay by Jennifer Lee and Allison Moore, original songs by Julia Michaels and Benjamin Rice, and an original score by composer Dave Metzger.
