Disney VoluntEARS at Disneyland Paris Continue to Spread Magic

Whilst Disneyland Paris remains closed over the Christmas holiday period, Disney VoluntEARS continue to spread the magic! Disneyland Resort Paris reported that in November, Disney VoluntEARS prepared more than 4,000 toys for non-profits charities as well as delivered 27 pallets of food to Secours Populaire, a non-profit organisation who fight against poverty and exclusion not only in France but worldwide!

Disney VoluntEARS continue to spread Disney magic through COVID-19 by donating their time to prepare and deliver essential supplies to many non-profit organisations throughout the region! It was reported that the Disney VoluntEARS prepared more than 4,000 Marvel super-hero toys to be delivered to local non-profit organisations as Christmas presents for children in need. Natacha Rafalski, President of the company reported how “moving… the generosity and enthusiasm from our cast members” and that the “comfort and moments of happiness they bring to the families in need are all the more important right now”.

However, Disney VoluntEARS spread more Disney magic by collecting and donating 27 pallets of excess food, (enough to fill a 38- ton truck) to o the Secours Populaire de Meaux. Making this one of many multiple donations already distributed since the end of October! Disneyland Paris strive to support local communities and non-profit organisations as part of their social responsibility, which has occurred since the resort’s opening in 1992! The resort strive to support non-profits and local authorities working with children and their families. Since March, Disneyland Paris has donated more than 6 million euros!
