Voices of Liberty Auditions Open as Candlelight Processional Planning Begins

Disney Live Entertainment has opened auditions for the Voices of Liberty, giving fans the very first sign that preparations for the 2026 EPCOT Candlelight Processional are already underway.

Though the popular holiday tradition doesn’t debut for more than four months, early planning is essential for the festive spectacular. This year, the Candlelight Processional will run throughout the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays from November 27 through December 30, 2026.

The Voices of Liberty will shine as an eight-part vocal ensemble, performing alongside a mass choir and a spectacular 50-piece live orchestra. Accompanied by herald trumpets, the talented group helps elevate the timeless retelling of the Christmas story by a celebrity narrator.

To round out the ensemble for the upcoming holiday season, Disney is currently casting across five distinct voice parts: Alto, Soprano, Bass, Baritone, and Tenor. Selected vocalists will be signed to seasonal contracts running from November through early January 2027.

To apply, singers must submit an online video audition and check in through the official Disney Auditions portal before submissions close on July 20, 2026. Candidates moving forward will be contacted by August 4 to attend one of the scheduled in-person callbacks:

• August 19: New York, NY
• August 25: Orlando, FL

Disney notes that returning performers from previous Candlelight Processional seasons are not automatically cast; all alumni must reapply and submit a fresh audition to be considered for this year’s ensemble.

The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, presented by AdventHealth, will delight park guests from November 27 through December 30, 2026.
