There has been some technical issues with the Disney Vacation Savings Account. Some customers have had too much money transferred from their accounts to their Disney Vacation Savings Account. Customers are reporting double charges and incorrect amounts being transferred.  The savings account works through taking automatic withdrawals from any of your accounts in order to help you save for that magical Disney vacation.
Disney has said that they are in the process of refunding the money to the people that were affected by the glitch, that happened during an upgrade to the system. If you have not done so already please check your account and if you have an issue please call 407- 939-7734 for assistance.
The site has been down for a few days on top of this issue. So people are very upset, and rightfully so. Customers are saying that Disney is not doing enough to fix the issue and they are not updating people on the status. I know this can be annoying, but keep in mind Disney is a very large company and I am sure they will eventually get everyone’s refund processed. That being said, if you are not getting the issue resolved within a reasonable amount of time, please keep calling until you are heard!
