Points Chart is Now Live for the Polynesian Island Tower

Disney Vacation Club has released the point chart for the new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows ahead of its December 17, 2024 opening. Whether you’re dreaming of a cozy studio with a view of the Seven Seas Lagoon or a sprawling two-bedroom penthouse villa with a prime view of Magic Kingdom, the Island Tower offers a wide range of accommodations for members to choose from.

The room options cater to parties of different sizes, with accommodations ranging from Duo Studios, which sleep up to two guests, to two-bedroom villas that can house up to nine. Here’s a quick look at the points breakdown:

  • Duo Studios (2 guests): Starting at just 12 points per night during off-peak weekdays (Sunday–Thursday), or up to 43 points per night during peak weekends.
  • Deluxe Studios (5 guests): Ranging from 14 points per night for a Standard View during off-peak times to 53 points for a Theme Park View during peak weekends.
  • One-Bedroom Villas (5 guests): From 28 points per night for a Standard View during quieter seasons to 98 points per night for a Theme Park View during peak weekends.
  • Two-Bedroom Villas (9 guests): Starting at 44 points for a Standard View, with peak weekend rates soaring to 149 points for a Theme Park View.
  • Two-Bedroom Penthouse Villas (8 guests): These luxurious accommodations start at 86 points per night and reach an impressive 226 points for the ultimate Theme Park View experience during peak times.
