This December, Disney Vacation Club Members have the opportunity to kick off the holiday season with frontier-style fun at the exclusive Hoop Dee Holidays events! On December 2 and December 9, eligible DVC Members and their families can join the Pioneer Hall Players for a festive evening of music, comedy, and delicious food at the beloved Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, all in the cozy setting of Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

Members attending Hoop Dee Holidays will enjoy an exclusive pre-show event and receive a keepsake to remember their holiday adventure. The show promises the same lively mix of toe-tapping tunes, laughs, and holiday cheer that has made the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue a guest favorite for years. The feast will feature all the classic dishes, from crispy-fried chicken and barbecued pork ribs to cornbread, mashed potatoes, and strawberry shortcake. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly menus are also available upon request.

Event Details:


  • Dates: Monday, December 2 and Monday, December 9, 2024
  • Show Times: 4:00 PM and 6:15 PM ET
  • Location: Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
  • Eligibility: DVC Members eligible for Membership Extras
  • Party Size: Members may bring up to 11 additional guests (total of 12 per party)

Seating & Pricing

Seating is organized by category, with three different price options that include tax and gratuity:

  • Category 1: $83.00 (ages 10+), $50.00 (ages 3-9)
  • Category 2: $79.00 (ages 10+), $46.00 (ages 3-9)
  • Category 3: $75.00 (ages 10+), $45.00 (ages 3-9)
    Note: Category 3 seating is on the second floor, which does not have elevator access.

Getting There

Guests are encouraged to plan their travel with plenty of time, as direct transportation to Fort Wilderness is limited. Options include taking the ferry from Magic Kingdom (up to 90 minutes travel time) or parking at the entrance of Fort Wilderness and using bus transportation from there.

How to Book

Reservations open on October 25, 2024. Members can call (800) 800-9800 to check availability and book their spot. Space is limited, so advance booking is required, and payment is due in full at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
