Disney Teen Star Cody Linley Caught Underage Drinking

New Disney teen star scandal: The Cody Linley edition was just released.  Cody stars on the Hannah Montana show and was caught drunk and partying it up – inappropriately – with girls. And there’s pictures to prove it!

Cody was on Dancing With the Stars and was rumored to go out and party with that cast. We know those legal adults have clubbed like crazy. Now we have pictures and hard facts that Cody is yet again on the party circuit. Is he out of control?

What will Disney say to this? Underage drinking, partial nudity pictures? At least Miley Cyrus was never drunk in public! What should Disney do to Cody?
