Disney Springs’ Frontera Cocina Invites You to An Evening with Chef Rick Bayless

For the first time at Frontera Cocina, Chef Rick Bayless will personally bring his flavors and big personality from Chicago to Disney Springs for a private dinner. An Evening with Chef Rick Bayless will be held on Monday, May 8 beginning at 6:00pm. Tickets for the three course meal are $125 per person plus tax and gratuities.

Crispy Pork Belly with Mushroom and Calabacita Enchilada
Paired with Local Craft Beer

Third Course
Creekstone Ribeye
Served with 27 ingredient Black Mole, Añejo Mashed Potatoes, and Topped with Crispy Onions
Paired with Zinfandel

Dessert Course
Chocolate Cuatro Leches
Topped with Cajeta Whipped Cream, Toasted Pecans, and Coconut-Prickly Pear Sauce
Paired with 1942 Añejo Tequila
