The Walt Disney Imagineering team has meticulously crafted a design that blends natural desert beauty with whimsical touches, a hallmark of all things Disney.

The heart of any community lies in its parks, and Cotino boasts stunning gathering spaces designed to foster connection. The first park under construction, named Longtable Park, pays homage to Walt Disney’s love for the Coachella Valley. Inspired by his tradition of sharing breakfast and conversation with neighbors, Longtable Park will feature a signature long table beneath a canopy of trees, along with shaded seating, barbeque grills, fire pits, and even bocce ball courts. This beautifully landscaped park will be a haven for residents aged 55 and over.
