Disney Swaps Ray Annual Passholder Magnet for Minnie Mouse
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders are seeing a change in their complimentary magnet offerings. The previously available Ray magnet from “The Princess and the Frog” is being replaced earlier than expected with a Minnie Mouse design.

The change was announced on the My Disney Experience app, informing passholders that the Ray magnet’s distribution at EPCOT would cease after February 16, 2025. From February 17 through February 28, 2025, passholders can instead pick up a Minnie Mouse magnet at Creations Shop in EPCOT during regular park hours.

For those who missed out on the Ray magnet, there’s a glimmer of hope. Passholders visiting EPCOT between February 17 and 28 may be eligible to receive a Ray magnet by mail later this spring. To ensure delivery, passholders should confirm or update their address (with a valid US mailing address) on their account.
While Disney hasn’t officially stated the reason for the switch, speculation points towards potential supply issues. The Ray magnet had been a popular offering since its debut. The Minnie Mouse magnet being offered is not a new design. It originally debuted in November 2022, making a return for this limited time.
Passholders wishing to snag the Minnie magnet should bring their Annual Pass and a valid photo ID to Creations Shop. Signage outside the store will direct guests to the designated pickup location. Did you get the Ray AP Magnet?
