When Walt Disney World reopened last summer, parades were removed from the parks. Due to social distancing, Disney did not want guests gathering in large groups at specific times for parades. Instead, the parks introduced smaller, more random, character cavalcades.

One of the cavalcades that came to Epcot was the “Princess Promenade”. This cavalcade was a carriage filled with favorite Disney Princesses such as Belle, Aurora, Jasmine, and Snow White that would move slowly through EPCOT’s World Showcase with Princesses smiling and waving at Park Guests.
The “Princess Promenade” was the last of the character cavalcades in Epcot and now, Disney World has removed the cavalcade from the park. The Disney World website no longer lists the princess cavalcade as part of the entertainment in Epcot.
So, does this mean guests will no longer get to see princesses in Epcot? Nope! Characters and princesses have been placed throughout the park for guests to greet from a safe distance.

Snow White was recently spotted in the Germany pavilion and Jasmine was also seen in the Morocco pavilion. Anna and Elsa have also been greeting guests from the Norway pavilion for some time. It looks like the princesses will return to their countries in World Showcase for socially distanced greetings with guests.
