According to Click Orlando Disney is recalling 15,000 infant Minnie and Mickey hoodies that were sold in theme parks and on the Disney app because of a possible choking hazard.
The recall came in today after Disney discovered the the snaps on the hoodie could come off and could possibly choke small children.
The affected Minnie Mouse hoodies will have date codes of FAC-010635-16194 or FAC-010635-16015 printed on a label on the left seam and a UPC code of (6M) 400000175669, (12M) 400000175676, (18M) 400000175683 or (24M) 400000175690 printed on the hang tag.
Mickey Mouse hoodies will have date codes of FAC-010635-16220, FAC-010635-16015 or FAC-010635-16280 on the left side seam and a UPC code of (6M) 400000145433, (12M) 400000145440, (18M) 400000145457 or (24M) 400000145464 on the hang tag.
If you purchased the hoodie Disney recommends you stop using it immediately and contact them for a refund at 844-722-1444 and select option 2, Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. eastern time, or online at www.disneyparks.com.
