My family is a huge fan of character dining. On our typical seven day Walt Disney World vacation we average about four character meals. I hope today’s Disney quick tip can keep you from making the same mistake I have seen happen time and time again.
Your Advanced Disney dining reservations have been made months ago, you have included Memory Maker as part of your package and your little ones are ready for some face time with their favorite characters. That’s all you need for the perfect character dining experience right? WRONG. Many people assume that a photopass photographer follows behind each character to capture each guest’s magical moments. However, this is not the case. Although there are certain character dining locations that have Disney photographers, such as Cinderella’s Royal Table, they photograph one stationary character. A personal camera is still needed to capture the interaction with the characters that visit your table.
Use this quick tip and be prepared with a camera and fully charged battery. I would hate for you to not be able to capture those special Disney moments.
