The prestigious Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris is preparing to unveil an enchanting new dining experience: La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert. Opening its doors on March 7, 2025, this restaurant represents a unique collaboration between the iconic Disney magic and the culinary artistry of Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert.

Celebrated French chef Jean Imbert, renowned for his innovative gastronomy and leadership of numerous prestigious establishments, will open “La Forêt Secrète par Jean Imbert” at the Disneyland Hotel in Disneyland Paris on March 7, 2025. Imbert’s impressive career boasts a rapid Michelin star achievement at Plaza Athénée, leadership at iconic venues like the Christian Dior boutique and the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, and culinary direction at luxury hotels worldwide, including Le Brando, Hotel Martinez in Cannes, The Lana in Dubai, and Hôtel Cheval Blanc St-Barth. He also launched the ToShare concept with Pharrell Williams.

Imbert’s accolades include Chef of the Year from Quotidien and GQ magazines, and GQ’s Man of the Year in 2024. Recognized as one of Vanity Fair’s 50 most influential French people, he is the youngest graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse and a notable winner of France’s Top Chef TV show in 2012. His latest venture, Le Logis Sainte-Catherine in Mont-Saint-Michel, opened in January 2024, further solidifying his position as a leading figure in the culinary world.
