Disney offering Motion Sickness bags for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind officially opened today in Epcot! Cosmic Rewind is the first coaster at Epcot as well as the first Disney coaster with a reverse launch. The ride is also what’s called an “omnicoaster” where each ride vehicle can rotate 360°.

Some guests who have experienced the ride have ended up with motion sickness. With the ride previews happening the last few weeks we saw some issues with motion sickness. That seems to be a bigger issue now that the ride is open to everyone.

Cast members are now offering motion sickness bags to guests that appear ill as they exit Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. It’s being reported that there are also extra lidless garbage cans at the exit for guests to be sick in.
