Disney is starting a new test program which is basically the same thing as the Moms Panel called the InsideEARS. Looks to me that it is just a location where you can go and ask Disney Planning Questions for Disneyland and Disney World.

Who are Disney Parks InsidEARS?
Disney Parks InsidEARS are enthusiasts (like you!) who are passionate about Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. They are a diverse group, some of whom have traveled to Disney Parks many times, and may offer their own opinions and stories from their very own experiences in our Parks. They may share their vacation memories, which you may find helpful in making memories of your own at Disney Parks.
Are you looking for information tailored to your family, such as tips on traveling with infants, where to find your favorite character dining experiences or the latest special event at the theme parks? Disney Parks InsidEARS may be able to help.
In fact, many of the Disney Parks InsidEARS have “Specialty Pins” posted prominently on their profile, which signify their interest in a particular category of a Disney Parks vacation.
Many of the Disney Parks InsidEARS are active on Twitter, Facebook and discussion boards, where you can find them online to learn from their Disney Parks experiences.
