When you need assistance during your Walt Disney World vacation, Guest Relations is where you want to go. With a touch that is distinctly Disney, the Cast Members at Guest Relations will work to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible. A new Disney Guest Relations Transportation and Ticket Center window is now open, offering guests another venue to seek assistance.
As part of a test running through June 2nd, guests who pass through TTC on their way to a Walt Disney World destination will have access to Guest Relations Cast Members at Window 3. The window will be open from 8:00am until 1:00pm.
At this window guest can get assistance with a variety of things, including:
- Support for My Disney Experience
- Disney Resort issues
- Enrollment in Disability Access Service
- Annual Monthly Payment Plan Support
- Disney Visa Rewards Redemption
You will also find Guest Relations available at Magic Kingdom park, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The hours of operation vary based on location. Every Guest Relations location is open for the normal operating hours of its theme park, water park or complex.
At each of the Theme Parks you will find park maps for that location in multiple languages as well as time guides, detailing show and parade information. You will also find Guide Maps in English for other parks at each park. Guests Relations at Disney Springs provides Disney Springs Guide Maps in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese—as well as theme park Guide Maps in English.
Guest Relations is the place to go to have any issues resolved that arise while you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. You can also make dining reservation, schedule tours or special activities, purchase an Annual Pass, upgrade your tickets and more.
