Disney Food Confession - Strawberry Soup with Recipe

Where is it? 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridan Resort, Walt Disney World

What is it? Frozen strawberries are pureed with milk, cream and sour cream, then sweetened with sugar and chilled overnight in this cold soup.

Strawberry Soup Recipe

Prep Time: 10m
Ready in: 8h
Yield: 6 servings
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste


  1. Puree strawberries, milk, cream and sour cream in a blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in sugar to taste. Chill 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator before serving.
