Why you want it: The restaurant’s signature dish has been on the menu forever, and with good reason. It’s pure comfort food, but more grown-up and a touch sophisticated. The pork is fork tender and for those of you who don’t like goat cheese, the polenta is subtly flavored. Dont like mushrooms? Ask to have them left off.
