Disney has just dropped a CLU on the Opening Date or Announcement of the Opening Date for Tron Lightcycle Run in the Magic Kingdom.

Some guesses from the Chip and Company Team are Annual Passholder Previews starting on 3-21-23 with an opening on 4-8-23 or Cast Member Previews on 3-21 and AP Previews on 4-8.

All we know right now is it is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2023. I expect we will get an official announcement sometime this week.
