Hey there guys and gals! It is Moi…Anonymouse and I have some news that I think we can all jump up and down for joy with!
Anyone who has ridden the Disney buses has asked the age-old question (and no it isn’t why that young strong teenager is not giving his seat up to the older woman with a cane)…it’s why can’t Disney come up with a decent way to let its resort guests know when my resort bus will be here! Never fear help is on the way!
Over at the Grand Floridian a new monitor is up at their resort bus pickup stop that displays times for when next 2 bus pickups are coming. Hopefully this is not just a test and the rest of the resorts will follow suit and have their own bus stop monitors. Just think no more playing “Disney bus roulette” and trying to guess what the next bus coming to the stop will be! Or screaming for your family to hurry up and sprint to the bus stop because you see a bus only to find out it’s not the one you need…at least that is what Chip does on his nice relaxing vacation, though most of the time he is screaming at himself…oh that Chip.
Speaking of “slow boats to China”, The Orlando International Dragon Boat Festival is coming back to Disney for its 5th annual event. A little birdie tells me that this is the fastest growing water sport! Shut the front door!!!!! Dragon boats operate with twenty paddlers moving in unison along with a steerperson and a drummer (I sure hope I don’t get them in the resort hotel room next to me)!
So, what do you think about these two pieces of juicy info? Tell me about it in the comments below.

Please let the bus thing be true. It doesn’t even have to be an in your face thing. Just a tiny little monitor will do.
I know would be so helpful. Especially when you have to run back to the room if you forgot something.
I love the bus time notification! I hope it becomes available at all the resorts.
