Disney Closing Black Rock Studios

It has been confirmed Disney Interactive Studios is closing Black Rock Studios. The UK-based developers behind multiplatform racers Pure and Split/Second.  Black Rock had already a reduction in workforce that left the studio with around 40 staffers, but now the remaining employees too will be exiting the company.

The only good news is that some former BRS employees have already started up new studios of their own: Roundcube Entertainment, ShortRound Games, and BossAlien.
