The breakdown of Iger’s 2023 compensation, outlined in the company’s proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, includes a $1 million salary, a $2.14 million performance-based bonus, and $26.1 million in equity awards.

Additionally, former Disney CEO Bob Chapek received a substantial payment as part of his severance package, amounting to $9.94 million in fiscal year 2023. This includes $6.53 million in remaining base salary through the scheduled expiration date of his employment agreement, along with $1.03 million equivalent to a prorated target bonus for fiscal 2023.
