Disney’s newest CEO, Bob Chapek, is selling his his home in California. Bob Chapek made headlines last week when he replaced Bob Iger. The new Disney CEO has owned his residence in Camarillo, CA for close to 20 years. It’s a gorgeous custom house in a 387-acre community with equestrian estates. Bob Chapek’s property is located near the top of his community and has majestic views of the neighboring valleys.

The home is a massive 6,088-square foot mansion with six bedrooms. Each room is filled with elegant built-in features and the house has modern appliances. Bob’s home is located in the gated Lexington Hills subdivision, which offers phenomenal amenities for its residents. Seeing the home theater and terrace patio views are incredible at this estate. With so many luxurious features and majestic views, we can see why the home is listed  for sale at $3.49 million.
Many Disney fans dream about moving to the Golden Oak community at Walt Disney World, but Chapek’s home will definitely give anyone a reason to dream about a luxury life in California!
