Disney+ censored two scenes in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier in order to make them less violent and more suitable for younger audiences.
Two moments in the third episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, “The Power Broker,” have been modified for graphic content if viewed while using the new content filters on Disney+. For example, the first edit is the scene where Baron Zemo shoots a Hydra scientist up close. Instead of showing blood, it’s now a less graphic kill.
The second scene is when Bucky Barnes incapacitates an attacker by throwing a pipe with his cybernetic arm. The new scene shows the pipe bouncing off of the henchman instead of piercing his shoulder.

Neither change materially changes the tone or content of the scene save to make them slightly less violent.
However, the edited content is the result of Disney+’s new parental content filters. If none of the content filters are applied, then both scenes remain as they were when The Falcon and the Winter Soldier first premiered on the streaming service.
UPDATE: It seems there’s been a mix-up behind the scenes. A Disney+ has source confirmed that the changes to the episode were due to a version control issue uploading a cut of the episode in error, and the streamer is currently in the process of correcting the upload.
