Disney Celebrates World Princess Week and New ‘Create Your World’ Campaign with Star-Studded Event
Disney Consumer Products hosted a special event at Disneyland Resort on August 13th, titled ‘Create Your World – A Disney Princess Regal Experience’. This event marked the launch of the new Disney Princess ‘Create Your World’ multi-year brand campaign and the commencement of World Princess Week, which runs from August 25th to 31st.
The two-day event featured an impressive lineup of Disney Legends and Princess voice talent, including Anika Noni Rose (Tiana), Jodi Benson (Ariel), Linda Larkin (Jasmine), and Paige O’Hara (Belle). Adding to the magic, surprise appearances were made by Aurora, Moana, and Rapunzel.
The immersive experience also showcased a variety of Disney Princess-themed activities, food and beverages, and a wide range of Disney Princess products from various licensees and retailers, such as Disney Store, Mattel, JAKKS Pacific, the LEGO Group, American Girl, Funko, Loungefly, DIFF Eyewear, Tweezerman, and more.
