To celebrate the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout!, Disney California Adventure Park is dubbing this the Summer of Heroes. In addition to this exciting new headlining attraction will be new character encounters including a chance to meet Groot, a Guardians of the Galaxy Dance Off and more. And in exciting news for foodies heading to the park over the next few months, Disneyland revealed today a Superhero-inspired Summer food menu of epic proportions.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll find on offer:
Knowhere Eats – This location will be opening on June 6th with menu items available at Studio Catering Company and Cosmic Canteen Until Then
- Obviously Nachos – (pictured) Fried blue corn tortillas with red pepper cheese sauce, mojo-marinated chicken, chipotle crèma and green onions (vegetarian version also available)The Most Dangerous Tacos in the Galaxy – Barbacoa beef tacos with green onion slaw, purple cabbage, pickled onions, habanero salsa and green tortillas (vegetarian version also available)
- Space Outpost Tacos – Chicken street tacos with chopped cilantro and onions (vegetarian version also available)
