At the Coral Reef Restaurant, the ambiance of being under the sea complements a refreshed menu that celebrates oceanic delights. New additions include Coconut Fried Shrimp served with a tangy mango chutney and Grilled Chicken Wings coated in a Jamaican-spiced rum glaze. For those seeking a hearty meal, the Seafood Boil is a treasure trove of flavors with shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, sweet corn, and potatoes.

Dessert brings a tropical twist with the Key West Sunset, a Key lime tart topped with chantilly and raspberries. The drink menu shines with the Pineapple Sunset, a refreshing blend of orange juice, ginger beer, and Sprite, offering a zesty non-alcoholic option.

Le Cellier Steakhouse, a perennial favorite for its refined setting and robust flavors, raises the bar with its new offerings. The showstopper is the Butcher’s Cut 28 oz. Rib-eye Steak for Two, perfect for sharing. Adventurous diners might try the Roasted Bone Marrow, or opt for the classic Steakhouse Wedge Salad enhanced with tomatoes, bacon lardons, and crispy onions.

The Canadian Cove P.E.I. Mussels are a flavorful journey with Vadouvan curry and pommes frites. For dessert, the Profiterole stands out with its unique combination of craquelin, cheesecake inlay, marionberry, and sorrel.
