The rotating Death Star display captivates guests with its dynamic depiction of the iconic trench run, showcasing Rebel Alliance X-wings in mid-flight. This year’s striking centerpiece offers a distinct departure from last year’s Millennium Falcon feature.
The culinary marvel took the pastry team 240 hours to create and includes:
– 160 pounds of crisped rice cereal
– 150 pounds of fondant
– 80 pounds of powdered sugar
– 80 pounds of marshmallows
– 40 pounds of chocolate
– 30 pounds of butter
– 24 pounds of egg whites
