Through Octover 31, featured on the breakfast menu at Kona Café in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, these pumpkin pancakes make for a sweet and delicious morning meal. Just add maple syrup, pumpkin cream cheese, and some bacon or sausage to complete this fall-inspired dish!
