First Look at Family Comedy Dashing Through the Snow

Today, Disney+ has unveiled the trailer for the upcoming original family holiday comedy “Dashing Through the Snow,” set to premiere on November 17, 2023, exclusively on Disney+. This heartwarming and comical tale follows a dedicated social worker from the Atlanta police department on a Christmas Eve adventure. His journey helps rekindle his love for the holiday season. The movie features Lil Rel Howery and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges in the lead roles.

Chris “Ludacris” Bridges portrays Eddie Garrick, a compassionate and kind man who has distanced himself from Christmas due to a traumatic childhood event. At the behest of his estranged wife, Allison Garrick (Teyonah Parris), Eddie embarks on a Christmas Eve outing with his 9-year-old daughter, Charlotte (Madison Skye Validum).

During their journey, they encounter a mysterious man in a red suit named Nick, played by Lil Rel Howery. Eddie, who works as a social worker, initially believes Nick to be delusional and in need of professional assistance. However, a confrontation with a local politician (Oscar Nuñez) leads to a magical adventure that just might help Eddie rediscover his faith in Christmas.

Directed by Tim Story and written by Scott Rosenberg, “Dashing Through the Snow” is produced by John Jacobs and Will Packer, with Tim Story, Johanna Byer, Ross Fanger, and Zac Unterman serving as executive producers. The film also features Teyonah Parris, Madison Skye Validum, Oscar Nuñez, Ravi V. Patel, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Gina Brillon, Sebastian Sozzi, Kevin Connolly, and Zulay Henao.
