D23 & Walt Disney Archives Reveal “Walt Disney’s Los Angeles” Tour

According to the official D23 website, this ultra-exclusive experience is curated and presented by the experts at the Walt Disney Archives. Over the course of a comprehensive 12-hour journey via walking and shuttle, guests will be granted rare access to iconic locations including Walt’s personal office suite, the creative heart of the Walt Disney Imagineering campus, the historic Carolwood Barn, and several other landmark sites beyond the studio gates:
- Breakfast at The Walt Disney Studios lot.
- A visit to Walt Disney’s historic office suite—preserved as it was during his lifetime.
- A visit to the legendary Ink and Paint department.
- A tour of Walt Disney Imagineering and lunch at its Creative Campus.
- A special visit to Walt’s Carolwood Barn.
- Stops at several locations of personal significance to Walt, including the location where the contract that started The Walt Disney Company was signed—and his first studio on Kingswell Avenue.
- A tour of one of Walt’s homes.
- A private dinner experience at one of Walt’s favorite restaurants.
- Shopping opportunities at the Disney Studio Store, The Walt Disney Company Store, and Mickey’s of Glendale.
- Gifts made exclusively for Walt’s Los Angeles Tour.

Mark your calendars for April 9, 2026, for this once-in-a-lifetime journey. Tickets are priced at $1,999 per person and are available exclusively to D23 Gold Members, who also have the option to reserve a spot for one additional guest.
The digital queue opened today, February 27, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. Please keep in mind that all participants must be 18 or older, and due to the nature of the historic locations, ECV vehicles cannot be accommodated. Additionally, guests are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
