D23 Announces Exclusive Celebration for Disney California Adventure’s 25th Anniversary
D23: The Official Disney Fan Club, in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering, has unveiled a special ticketed celebration in honor of Disney California Adventure’s 25th anniversary. This exclusive event promises fans a unique opportunity to commemorate a quarter-century of the park’s history alongside the creative minds who bring the magic to life.

In continuation of the popular Spotlight Series, D23 is teaming up with Walt Disney Imagineering to host an exclusive panel discussion at the Disneyland Hotel. This deep dive into the park’s legacy will feature a lineup of both former and current Imagineers, offering fans a rare opportunity to hear firsthand stories and reflections on 25 years of Disney California Adventure.
For those looking to sweeten the celebration, an optional add-on experience is available: a post-panel dessert party held at the World of Color viewing area inside Disney California Adventure Park.
The commemorative panel is scheduled for February 7, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. PT. If you’re looking to attend, set your alarms for Friday, January 9: tickets launch at 10 a.m. PT for D23 Gold Members and 11 a.m. PT for General Members.
Guests can choose between two ticket tiers. The first grants entry to the Imagineering panel, while the second includes both the panel and the exclusive World of Color dessert party at 9 p.m. PT. Regardless of the tier chosen, every attendee will receive a limited-edition commemorative pin featuring the iconic Dinosaur Jack’s Sunglass Shack. This fan-favorite landmark—a 33-foot-tall dinosaur—stood in the Paradise Pier area from the park’s opening day in 2001 until 2009.
