Cruella De Daiquiri Cocktail Fit For A Villain!

Hello darlings! Ready to be evil but fabulous this weekend? We have a Cruella De Daiquiri Cocktail recipe that you will love!

Inspired by our favorite fashionista, this cocktail features white rum and raspberry and looks amazing! It’s a great drink to have with your friends once Cruella premiers on May 28th on Disney Plus.

This cocktail was created by @mindful_mixologist and is the first one of a series of Disney inspired cocktails he will soon release, we can’t wait! But for now, treat yourself and enjoy this Cruella De Daiquiri recipe:

CRUELLA DE DAIQUIRI COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS:

• 15ml of milk
• 15ml of double cream
• 50ml of white rum
• 10ml of raspberry syrup (find recipe below)
• 5ml of rose water

Raspberry Syrup

• 200ml of water
• 200g of white sugar
• 100g of raspberries

Vanilla and Charcoal Tuile

• 30g of oil
• 30ml of water
• 5ml of vanilla syrup
• Half a tsp of activated charcoal

INSTRUCTIONS:

For Raspberry Syrup

• Combine the water with white sugar in a saucepan.
• Bring to a boil whilst stirring to dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, throw in the raspberries and simmer for 10 minutes.
• Strain well then bottle the mixture.

For Vanilla and Charcoal Tuile

• Mix the oil, water, vanilla syrup and activated charcoal in a jug. Stir well.
• Heat a large non stick frying pan, once hot and pour a thin later of your tuile mix onto the dry pan and it will to start to bubble away.
• Once the bubbles subside, use a palette knife to lift your tuile from the pan. It should be crips and filled with geometric holes in a interesting way with a somewhat fashionable Avant Garde look.

For The Cocktail

• Add black gel food coloring to the inside of a coupe in a Dalmatian dot format.
• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
• Fine strain into your black dotted coupe.
• Garnish with a raspberry and vanilla and charcoal tuile
