Guests visiting Gasparilla Island Grill, the resort’s popular quick-service location near the convention center, can now enjoy the customizable experience of building their own fresh, delicious salad.

At the Choose-Your-Own Salad Bar, guests can select between Romaine or Spring Mix as a base, and the variety of toppings is broad and plentiful, allowing you to craft the perfect salad for just $11.29. For those who want to add some protein, there are two options: chicken for $13.29 or steak for $15.29. The salad is built right in front of you by Cast Members behind the glass, making it a quick and interactive dining option.

Open from 6 a.m. to midnight, Gasparilla Island Grill is a convenient stop for those looking to grab a bite, especially for guests who want a healthier option without heading into the parks.
