Something new has arrived at the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at the Disneyland Resort. The Craftsman Bar and Grill brings unique eats paired with craft cocktails for all to enjoy!
Just in time for summer, Craftsman Bar and Grill offers guests relaxing poolside views. Craftsman is designed to reflect the famous California Arts & Craft movement. Stone columns hold up a cool wooden trellis, offering shade among the comfortable patio seating. The area is full of many symbolic elements that draw the eye everywhere. Guests can find wisteria vine throughout the lounge symbolizing good luck. The gate leading to the pool is decorated with iron symbols of California, such as a quail, honeybee, and a butterfly. There will be plenty to look at and take in from the surrounding atmosphere at Craftsman.
There is also plenty of tasty dishes and drinks to indulge in, as well. Guests can choose an artisanal pizza or the Cali-Grilled Angus Cheeseburger. For the more adventurous eater, try their Black Truffle-Charred Grilled Cheese or the Maine Lobster Quesadilla. For families, children have up to six different meals to try. All adults and children can enjoy the different desserts at Craftsman. Share in a Waffle Churro Sundae or Salted-Chocolate Chip Cookie Fingers.
After you’ve savored all the eats at Craftsman, it’s time for a drink! Choose from a selection of signature cocktails, California wines, and craft beers. Guests can lounge poolside at the bar and drink in a Kombucha Cocktail or a Pineapple Ginger Margarita.
