Construction Update: Walls Are Going Up For The TRON Roller Coaster

We keep getting closer and closer to the grand opening of TRON!

Just last month TRON Lightcycles were on display at Magic Kingdom as a photo op for guests and now on a recent trip to the park we couldn’t help but notice that new walls are going up on what it seems to be the part of the attraction that will be inside.

The exterior part of the track looks like is mostly completed with still some work left to be done on what seems to be the launch area of the coaster and the concrete floor.

If you would like to get a better a look of TRON head over to the Storybook Circus area in Fantasyland.

TRON Lightcycle is a rollercoaster ride attraction that will allow guests to board a train of two wheeled lightcycles for a thrilling race through the digital frontier and is expected to open in 2021 just in time for the park 50th anniversary!
