The new Coconut Pineapple Vegan Cupcake at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot is a tasty tropical treat. Sunshine Seasons has been host to quite a few standout cupcakes over the past couple of months. Now with the addition of the Coconut Pineapple Vegan cupcake, more people can enjoy a Walt Disney World dessert.
To construct this cupcake, vanilla cake is filled with pineapple jelly filling and then topped with coconut milk frosting. Last but not least, they drizzle chocolate sauce (made from coconut oil) over the frosting, place a cherry on top and use multicolor mickey sprinkles to decorate the edges. This cupcake at only $5.59 or one snack credit will make a wonderful addition to any meal or snack time.
