The original Club 33 in Disneyland is hidden at the top of a staircase in Disneyland’s New Orleans Square, where it was originally intended as a hideaway for Walt Disney to host elite park guests. Becoming a member nowadays is nearly impossible, even if you’re ready to foot the rumored $25,000 membership fee and $12,000 in annual dues. Well, now the elusive Club is coming to Disney World in each of the Walt Disney World theme parks.
Golden Oak residents were contacted first via email from the list of those who signed up at an earlier time. The membership fee could be as much as $25,000 with $15,000 in annual dues. And possibly no restrictions on Fastpasses, which could me unlimited Fastpasses for members?
Although no official opening date has been confirmed, it is rumored that the first clubs could be open as soon as April. Construction has already been started in some of the parks, including in Magic Kingdom at the Adventureland Veranda.
Check back with Chip and Co. for more information as it becomes available.
