Classic Gear Clock Removed from Tomorrowland Light and Power Co. A sign used to read “Generating a Bright New Tomorrow” and when it was lit up at night time looked stunning. The backlighting worked perfectly on this Gothic Hall of Justice building. Above stood a few Lightning Bolts, and a mechanical clock, that looked like gears and was very steampunk.
We reported on the giant gears being removed a few months ago, well now we can say that all the facade of the old Tomorrowland look is gone. Bolts, Gears, Clocks, and signs have all been removed. No word on if they will return.
